Specific proposals, invoices, event terms, retreat agreements, product listings, or signed contracts may contain additional terms. If a signed agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Using This Website

Eligibility And Respectful Use

You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your location to purchase or book paid services. You may browse and share public links for personal, lawful purposes. You may not copy the site, impersonate Oriah, scrape content at scale, interfere with security, misrepresent an affiliation, or use our name, image, voice, designs, materials, or trademarks to solicit money or services.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, the website’s writing, visual identity, photographs, videos, artwork, courses, downloads, designs, graphics, branding, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Oriah’s Nest Productions LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. A download is licensed for the personal use stated with that item; it is not a transfer of ownership and may not be resold, reposted, distributed, or used to train or create a competing product without written permission.

Educational And Wellness Disclaimer

Oriah’s Nest offers lifestyle, spiritual, creative, somatic, and environmental education. The site does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, architectural, engineering, or emergency services. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents a condition. Spiritual, shamanic, energetic, and somatic practices are personal experiences and results are not guaranteed. Consult an appropriately licensed professional for your individual needs.

Interior and sanctuary concepts are not a substitute for required permits, licensed construction, electrical work, structural review, accessibility advice, or professional health and safety guidance. Changes And Governing Law

We may update, suspend, or remove site content and revise this page. Material changes will be reflected by the date above. These terms are governed by California law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Any permitted dispute will be handled in an appropriate court in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

SERVICES & BOOKINGS

Inquiries Are Not Confirmed Bookings

Submitting an inquiry, opening an email draft, joining a waitlist, or discussing a project does not reserve a date or create a client relationship. A booking becomes confirmed only after we provide written acceptance and any required agreement, retainer, deposit, or payment is completed.

Scope, deliverables, access, travel, sourcing, installation, timelines, intellectual-property rights, and client responsibilities will be described in the applicable proposal or agreement. Estimates may change when the scope, site conditions, product availability, travel, or client requests change.

PART II / REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Please Choose With Intention

Consultations And Booked Services

Consultations and appointment payments reserve preparation time and calendar availability. They are non-refundable once booked. If you need to move an appointment, contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling, credits, late-arrival treatment, and missed appointments are handled according to the written booking terms and remain at our discretion unless the law requires otherwise.

Custom Sanctuary And In-Home Work

Retainers, deposits, design fees, sourcing fees, travel costs, and payments for custom or in-home services are non-refundable because time, creative work, purchasing, and availability are reserved in reliance on the booking. Client-approved purchases, special orders, custom goods, opened materials, and third-party charges cannot be returned through Oriah’s Nest unless the supplier accepts the return. The signed proposal controls project-specific cancellation and change terms.

Digital Downloads, Books, Products, Events, And Retreats

Digital downloads are final once access or delivery has been provided, except where the file is defective or law requires another remedy. Purchases completed through Amazon or another third party follow that seller’s return policy. Event and retreat bookings follow the cancellation terms shown at purchase or in the participant agreement. Future physical products sold directly by Oriah’s Nest will display any product-specific return terms before purchase.

If We Cancel

If Oriah’s Nest cancels a paid service and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, we will offer the remedy stated in the applicable written agreement, which may be a refund, rescheduling, or credit. We are not responsible for non-refundable travel or third-party expenses unless expressly agreed in writing.

PART III / PRIVACY POLICY

How Information Is Handled

Information You Choose To Provide

We may receive information you send voluntarily, such as your name, email address, phone number, location, budget range, project or room details, household needs, message, media request, newsletter request, and any information included in your correspondence. Please do not send sensitive medical, financial, government-identification, or account information through the site.

How The Current Forms Work

At the effective date, the sanctuary inquiry and newsletter prompts on this site open a draft in your own email application. They do not automatically send information or store a submission on the website. You decide whether to send the email. The site stores a small timestamp in your browser after the newsletter invitation is dismissed so it does not immediately reappear.

Payments

When a project payment is arranged through Stripe, Stripe processes your payment information under its own privacy policy. We do not collect card numbers through the sanctuary inquiry form. Zelle payments are arranged directly with eligible banks using the recipient details on your agreed invoice. Please do not email card numbers or bank login information.

Technical Information

Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary server-log information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, request time, and security events to deliver and protect the site. At the effective date, Oriah’s Nest does not knowingly operate Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site behavioral advertising trackers on this site. Embedded or linked third-party services may collect information under their own policies when you use them.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to requests; evaluate and deliver services; send communications you request; administer purchases, events, or downloads; protect the site and our community; prevent fraud and impersonation; comply with law; and maintain or improve our offerings.

When Information May Be Disclosed

We may provide information to service providers that help with hosting, email, professional advice, scheduling, payments, fulfillment, or operations; when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety; or as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising at the effective date.

Retention And Security

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, business records, dispute resolution, safety, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no email, website, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent us personal information may contact us to request deletion.

Cookies, Local Storage, And Browser Signals

The site currently uses local browser storage for limited preferences, including the newsletter-dismissal timestamp. Because there is no uniform “Do Not Track” standard, the site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
